Somatic Men's Work
A Men’s Group for Growth, Accountability, and Real Conversations
Somatic Men’s Work is a small brotherhood for men who want to strengthen their relationships, leadership, and life direction. We are opening 10 spots for the next cohort. Inside this group, men develop emotional intelligence, work with somatic awareness practices, and receive mentorship around goals, accountability, and purpose. Led by Jase Chau (Somatic Trainer) and Darren Gingras (Business Mentor).
A deep focus on somatic awareness for men who actually do the work.

April 23, 2026
Can’t Make It? Leave your email and we’ll send you the recording of the open house, along with details about upcoming cohorts.
Curious about the group but not sure what to expect? Join our free open house to experience a taste of the work and meet the facilitators and other men interested in the upcoming cohort.
During the open house you’ll experience:
- A short introduction to somatic awareness and men’s group work
- A guided exercise used in the cohort
- A conversation about relationships, accountability, and personal growth
- Time to ask questions about the group and upcoming cohorts
This session is designed to give you a real sense of the space before committing to the full group.
Spots are limited so the conversation can remain personal and interactive.
We are currently accepting applications for the next 10-man cohort beginning shortly after the open house.
Break Free From Patterns That Keep Repeating
Many men perform well in work and responsibilities, yet still feel something beneath the surface isn’t fully aligned.
You may notice patterns showing up in relationships. Difficult conversations may get avoided. Stress may show up in the body or in ways that affect focus, discipline, or connection with others.
Some men try to push through this alone. They read books, listen to podcasts, or double down on productivity.
Yet meaningful change often happens faster when men work through these challenges alongside other men who are committed to growth and accountability.
A Small Brotherhood Designed for Real Growth
Somatic Men’s Work is intentionally structured as a small cohort experience. This is not a large membership community. Each group includes approximately 10 men so conversations remain focused, personal, and accountable.
Inside the group you will find:
Honesty
Honest conversations about relationships and life direction.
Accountability
Structured accountability and goal setting to drive forward movement.
Somatic Practice
Somatic awareness practices that help men understand emotional and physical responses.
Support
Support from other men working toward meaningful growth and shared purpose.
This is not a passive space. It is a place for participation, reflection, and forward movement.
Imagine Leading Your Life With More Clarity
Imagine waking up with a clearer sense of direction. You understand your patterns instead of reacting automatically.
In your relationships, you communicate more directly and handle difficult conversations with more confidence.
You recognize how stress shows up in your body and learn ways to respond more intentionally.
Your goals feel aligned with who you want to become, and you have a group of men who know your commitments and hold you accountable.
This is the kind of environment we are building.
What You’ll Experience in the Group
Accountability and Brotherhood
A consistent circle of men who support one another in growth, honesty, and responsibility.
Vision and Goal Setting
Frameworks for identifying meaningful goals and building systems that support progress in career, relationships, and life direction.
Mentorship Perspectives
Exposure to mentorship insights informed by leadership and financial advisory environments connected to Fortune 500 organizations.
Somatic and Attachment-Informed Learning

Emotional Intelligence
Opportunities to strengthen emotional awareness, communication, and relational intelligence in a supportive group setting.
Voices of the Brotherhood
"This wasn't about being fixed; it was about finally seeing the patterns that were running my life. The group accountability is the missing piece for most men's growth."

The Differentiators
How This Group Is Different From Many Men's Groups
Many men's communities are large, informal, or purely discussion-based. This group is designed differently.
Small Cohorts Only
We keep groups intentionally small so each participant has space to engage meaningfully.
Evidence-Informed Methodology
Concepts introduced draw from established research in somatic awareness, attachment theory, and emotional intelligence.
Challenge and Growth
Men are encouraged to stretch beyond their comfort zones while maintaining respect for personal boundaries and pace.
Practical Life Integration
Alongside reflection and discussion, the group explores leadership, decision-making, and goal setting in everyday life.
Who This May Be For
This group may resonate if you are a man who:
- Feels there is more potential in your life than what you are currently living
- Wants to strengthen your relationships and communication
- Is open to honest self-reflection
- Values accountability and meaningful conversations
- Wants both emotional insight and practical direction
This is not a fit if...
- You are looking for a clinical 'healing' space or psychiatric treatment.
- You are seeking 'bro-marketing' advice or a place to vent without taking action.
- You are not ready to confront your own patterns or be honest with others.
- You are looking for fluffy emotional exploration without clear direction or challenge.
Cohort Size
We are currently accepting applications for 10 men. If interest exceeds capacity, we will open a second cohort and place additional applicants on a waitlist for future groups.
