Somatic Awareness Training is an intelligence-driven approach to emotional growth. It is not traditional therapy; it is a focused exploration of real-time awareness, grounded in the foundational science of the nervous system. We pivot from cognitive observation to somatic processing, mapping the physiological signals that dictate relational outcomes.

Our methodology draws from attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and polyvagal theory to help you navigate the tension between closeness and self-protection. By learning to sense shifts in breath and micro-tensions, you cultivate the capacity for true presence and secure connection.
